The Billionaire's Workout

A discerning individual acutely aware of their time, and the desire to occupy their leisure time with any choice of activit.

on Medium size Pineapple:
  1. 2 minutes standing and loosening. Increasing frequency from 5Hz to 30Hz
  2. Reduce freq to 15-20Hz
  3. Using a typical (10RM weight)
  4. Aim for 20 rep's High Pull
  5. 20 Squats
  6. 20 Thrusters
  7. Bodyweight only - 20 side lunges each leg x 2-3
  8. Push-up alternating on leg leg in 5-10 sets to maximum
  9. With weights - High Pull (max), followed by Shoulder Press (max) followed by bent-over row.
  10. Deadlift (aim 40)
  11. Sumo Squat (aim 40)
  12. Bicep curl
  13. Tricep Dip
  14. Abdominal raise
  15. 3-5 minutes slowing the frequency down to 5 mins. Lying on the Pineapple.
20-23 minutes.

OPTIMIZE. DONE!
