on Medium size Pineapple:
- 2 minutes standing and loosening. Increasing frequency from 5Hz to 30Hz
- Reduce freq to 15-20Hz
- Using a typical (10RM weight)
- Aim for 20 rep's High Pull
- 20 Squats
- 20 Thrusters
- Bodyweight only - 20 side lunges each leg x 2-3
- Push-up alternating on leg leg in 5-10 sets to maximum
- With weights - High Pull (max), followed by Shoulder Press (max) followed by bent-over row.
- Deadlift (aim 40)
- Sumo Squat (aim 40)
- Bicep curl
- Tricep Dip
- Abdominal raise
- 3-5 minutes slowing the frequency down to 5 mins. Lying on the Pineapple.
OPTIMIZE. DONE!
