LOW-FAT

I have just been reading a study that highlighted when people were given a choice of low-fat food or regular food they ate 32% more of the low-fat offering!
This is bad choice, as these low-fat choices are full of artificial substances and unnatural sugars that actually signal your body to store fat (see my earlier blogs on weight loss)
HOWEVER,
I am amazed at how the "low-fat" sticker helps encourage greater consumption. So in this case (And because Pineapple is only highly "nutrient-dense" in the sense of wellness and health it will provide to your body, and accelerate you towards your targets.)

Predominant intial studies on WBV were undertaken with the premise to prove that g-force loading
was the cause. Early result were positive, but the scientific community lacked further investigation partly due to the lack of available technology.
The most recent studies are highlighting that this was merely a start-point, and showcasing that the frequency and predominantly the lower frequencies are the keys to performance improvement. Pineapple is very proactive with the scientific community, and is on a mission to prove the most effective and efficient strategies to ensure people enjoy the best solutions through the action on WBV.

Mileva et al. Med Sci Sports Exer. 2006 Jul;38(7):1317-28

Acute effects of a vibration-like stimulus during knee extension exercise.

CONCLUSION: Vibration superimposition during knee extension exercise at low contraction intensity enhanced muscle performance. This effect appears to result from adaptation of neural factors such as motor unit excitability (recruitment and firing frequency, conduction velocity of excitation) in response to sensory receptor stimulation. Muscle vibration may increase the training effects derived from light-to-moderate exercise.

Overview: Highlights how Pineapple training at 10Hz ensures effective muscle toning. Pineapple is the only manufacturer to offer this safely, comfortably and as proven effectively.

M. Cardinale, J. Lim, Medicina Dello Sport (2003) 56:287-92: "The Acute Effects of Two Different Whole Body Frequencies on Vertical Jump Performance."

CONCLUSION: The result showed the influence of WBV frequency on acute adaptive responses. In particular, the untrained subjects in this particular study, showed acute enhancement in neuromuscular performance with low frequency vibration.

Overview: The group with the low frequency (Pineapple style) hugely outperformed the other group at the frequencies employed by competitive products.

I often re-read books several times.

Currently I am re-reading "Spiritual Economics" by Eric Butterworth. An absolue gem of guidance.

Fat Loss 2
