YES!

I've just finished reading the latest fabulous book by Jeffrey Gitomer ("Little Gold Book of YES! Attitude" - http://www.gitomer.com/index.cfm?GitAction=Products.ProductDetail&ItemID=2794

In essence you become a YES! attitude through your intent, consistent application of action and the subconscious reaction is a YES! attitude
JUST LIKE PINEAPPLE.

  • Set you intent - ie. what health and fitness target do you have
  • Start the appropriate Pineapple program
  • Consistently take part
  • Let Pineapple work in concert with subconscious reaction
  • and Voila! You achieve your target
All you have to do is set your intent, then enjoy your DAILY JUICE
